We provide clients with a broad range of company secretarial services such as: Company Incorporation; Business Name Registration; Statutory Filings at the Corporate Affairs Commission as well as the Securities and Exchange Commission; and Coordination of Company Meetings. Latter House Consult also advises on foreign direct investments into Nigeria as well as assisting with obtaining foreign investment approvals which foreign companies are required to obtain.

Latter House Consult also functions as the training and consultancy arm of Wemimo Ogunde & Co. We organize trainings for in-house lawyers, court clerks, government officials and young lawyers on matters pertaining to Nigerian substantive and procedural law.
